HCPL offers food for community members that are in need. Stop by the front desk and fill out a form and give it to an employee and we will be happy to help you. HCPL is able to provide this service to the community from donations/grants from EWCF, CUW and local community members. Closings: We close for the following holidays: New’s Year Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, West Virginia Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas.
